Workout While Sitting! (Chest and Shoulders)

I decided to do this because, 1. i have a friend who can only do upper body because he’s in a wheelchair and 2. because why not?

Some people physically can’t workout the lower half of their body for medical reasons, but that doesn’t mean you can’t workout. Also if you wanna get into fitness but you didn’t know how then here it is!

Shoulder Raises

90 degree Rotation

Around the Worlds

Chest Fly

Workout

Chest Press

Use a resistance band

3×10

Shoulder Press

use a resistance band

3×10

Mini Chest Press/Pulses

use a resistance band

3×10

Lateral Raises

use a resistance band

3×10 each arm

Rear Delt Flies

use a resistance band

3×10
